  • In collaboration with the Property Owner, AFI’s disposition team analyzes the property’s current financial/operational condition and the Property Owner’s unique needs to create a disposition plan and valuation estimate.

  • AFI’s team has over 35 years of experience in aligning property operation and pricing in order to maximize disposition value. This process includes evaluation and strategic planning regarding rental rates, renewal practices, capital improvements, and financing.

  • AFI’s disposition consulting platform is aimed at maximizing the marketing reach of the asset. Working with brokers, advertising outlets, and a nationwide network of relationships, AFI is able to reach Seller's using novel approaches that outperforms traditional sales tactics.

  • Through extensive checklists and standard operating procedures, AFI's disposition platform aims to provide a safe, seamless process and maximizes yield.
